Alex Berrospe, President
Alex Berrospe has been “in the business” since the Shamrock Hilton was the hippest place to be in town. Although he started in his late teens with no experience, his drive and enthusiasm paved his future. The road was hectic and tough but Alex shadowed the big boys and learned how to leverage his high energy, zeal and natural instinct for the business. In no time, Alex succeeded in becoming an accomplished, talented, and popular AV Tech. Today, there are few if any major venues where he has not produced events. As President of Drape & Stage Productions of Texas, Alex leads the team in operations, custom fabrication, quality control, and logistics. Anita Sparks-Bohn, Vice President/CFO
Anita Sparks-Bohn has a sales & marketing background, with emphasis in advertising sales, management, marketing promotions, direct marketing, new business development, and operations management. Anita was a senior executive manager for Hearst Corp’s flagship property, The Houston Chronicle. She directed a staff of 120 employees in both inside and outside sales. After retirement, In 2011, Anita perceived a great need in the baby boomer population; seniors who were medically immobile. Together with her son Johnathan, she founded Shuttle Squad Medical Transport. The service provides a ’boutique type’ transport service. Today, the company is in heavy demand and continues to grow. Now, as the principal of Drape & Stage Productions of Texas; Anita oversees all corporate finance, inventory, marketing/promotions and human resources. Bridget Mooney, Operations
Bridget Mooney epitomizes the heart of the company as Sales/Special Events Manager. She carefully analyzes the clients needs while maintaining a watchful eye to the budget. In this business it is extremely important to consider all aspects of any major event and ensure any necessary ancillary is not missed. It is Bridget’s keen eye for detail and event management knowledge that steers the projects into successful, magical moments. Bridget has a unique understanding of the “behind the scenes” action and perception which gives the production team allowances to be cost efficient and effective. She understands what our customer’s want and uses her judicious and intuitive skills to make it happen. Bridget started her career as a Metro Market Show Manager for Sesame Street Live Productions where she traveled throughout the United States managing the show’s theatrical productions. She works hand-in-hand with Alex and together they collaborate and develop successful strategic plans. Moment by moment – Bridget commands the show schedule and communicates our client’s needs to the production team. Your special event journey begins with Bridget who will carefully guide you through every detail required in order to meet your standards and satisfaction, so you can be sure you will be in the best hands possible. We have recently dubbed Bridget as a ‘tried and true’ Texan as she celebrates her eleventh year with us.
